As the Founder and CEO of Travel Finder Tours, I am deeply honored to lead a company that is built on passion, trust, and personalized service. My journey into the world of tourism began long before the establishment of this agency — rooted in both academic training and personal background.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Sherubtse College, I developed a strong foundation in understanding Bhutan’s diverse landscape, altitude, flora, and fauna. This scientific insight has significantly enriched the way I craft travel experiences — making each journey not only scenic but also educational and environmentally conscious.
My inspiration to step into tourism, however, was sparked much earlier. Having grown up in a family deeply involved in the hospitality industry, I was naturally drawn to the world of guest service and cultural exchange. That upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for the values of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care — values that continue to shape our operations at Travel Finder Tours.
Over the years, while working in the tourism sector and interacting directly with international travelers, I noticed a recurring theme in guest feedback: a disconnect between expectations and delivery — both in terms of service quality and cost transparency.
